This place is brilliant!!! I was so nervous about leaving our boy there (Roger the rabbit) as it was the first time but I needn’t have worried!! I highly recommend this place, I left my tortoise here and I was very nervous of leaving him as there aren’t many people that know the needs of tortoises but these people were fantastic and he was fine, they have the basking lights, UV, hides etc…

My Budgie Barney went for a 3 week stay here in July. I was worried as he had a broken leg and was on medication and had to remain caged. I need not have worried as nothing he required was any trouble. When I collected Barney he was bright, happy and using his leg once more. His cage was completely spotless as all the birds cages were. Steve advised me how he had progressed over the weeks. I highly recommend here. You can relax and know your treasured pet is well cared for. I think Barney is missing your company and the other birds too. Thanks so much once again. He will return for another holiday.

Picked up my 4 rats today after 10 days. As we were bringing them in their own cage they were very flexible with fitting them in for the dates we needed. They have clearly been well looked after, the rats are calm and their cage is spotless. Would recommend to anyone.

Willow my tortoise was here for the second time for 5 days and he was more than happy. He was very well cared for, they have all the heat lamps etc. needed for your tortoises and they know what they are doing.
I wouldnt hesitate in leaving willow again.
